  • Why do you charge a fee for ongoing access when you say the event is free?

    • Let's be clear here. The event is a free event IF you follow the time constraints. I know you will understand that while we give our time for free to organise and manage an event like this, there are costs associated like hosting, advertising etc. We also try to give back and give even more value to those who support us.

  • Why are sessions only available for 48 hours

    • Let's be honest here. There's two reasons. The first one is that we don't want you to get left behind. In fact it's our goal for you to get all you can from the event and with so many sessions and activity we like to keep it organised. The second reason is that in order for us to keep the online summit alive we need your support to help pay for things like hosting so as many people as possible can access the sessions and speakers. While we give our time for free there are some costs associated with an event like this. Thanks for being so understanding.

  • Can I get an invoice?

    • Absolutely! Once online payment has been made, please email hello@papages.com.au with the subject INVOICE and I will send one to you.

  • Are the sessions streamed live?

    • All of our sessions are pre-recorded and then released throughout the week. This eliminates tech issues and allows you to watch at any time during the 48 hour period. We have created a Facebook group to allow interaction with speakers and other participants.

  • How do I attend the online summit?

    • Because the PA Pages Annual Online Summit 2019 is an ONLINE conference, you can attend virtually from anywhere in this world... as long as you have internet!
      Step One: Watch the sessions
      Once you've registered, a unique ID and password will grant you access to all the session recordings.
      Simply log into the dashboard, select the session you’d like to watch, and click play.
      Premium access holders get IMMEDIATE access to the 2018 sessions and 12 months access to the 2019 summit starting 10th November.

  • Can I purchase a single session?

    • You can watch any or all of the sessions. However, we do not sell access to just one session.
